TEEN SUMMER READING 2021

Join us on Zoom to discuss ways to help the library and the community- bring your friends! 9th - 12th graders are welcome to log on to have fun, and share ideas. Participants earn volunteer hours for attending. New members welcome!

On June 10th (weather permitting) early risers in the tri-state area will be treated to an 80% solar eclipse which will transform the sun into a fiery scimitar (curved saber)!
 
Join acclaimed broadcast meteorologist, Jo Rao, to learn about eclipses and look at future celestial events. Free eclipse viewing glasses available, email ref@westorangelibrary.org for more information.

Virtual Dungeons and Dragons
3:15-5:15 PM
Dungeons and Dragons group for 7th through 12th graders meets online using the Discord website. Beginners welcome! Please email teens@westorangelibrary.org for more information. Epic quests await teens who join our D&D club at the library! D&D features role playing, storytelling, on-the-spot strategic thinking, math skills, problem solving, and teamwork all rolled into one!
